Depending on the duration of your stay in France, you may need to obtain a visa from the French Consulate in your country which will require producing a housing certificate, from an approved housing organization.

As soon as you have made the reservation payment, we will be happy to provide such certificate and our support to prepare your visa interview at the Consulate.

We will also provide our support for your administrative procedures when you are in Paris:

• opening a bank account (can make you save many bank fees)
• support for OFII (French Immigration Authority) procedures and control

You will not be charged for all of these services
