Booking
  • We answer all your questions during the booking process
  • We discuss the choice of the host family with you
  • We firmly book your stay and provide the housing letter with all family details
  • We provide housing certificates for your school and for your visa application

Transfers
  • Airport transfers are available on request, either one way (on arrival to Paris or on departure from Paris) or both ways (on arrival and on departure)
  • for stays > 12 weeks, a one way airport transfer is offered

During your stay
  • We collect your rent at the beginning of each period
  • We settle the host family, so you haven't any money discussion with them, a must when homestaying !
  • We provide all administrative support you will need: opening a bank account in Paris, immigration proceedures, …..
  • We are available 24 hours a day for any support
